I attended cosmetology school at the Aveda Institute in Chicago and have been working at Everything’s Relative since 2006.
In addition to being a senior stylist, I help to train and educate our new up & coming stylists.
I specialize in color and cuts.
Also when I am not at work, I enjoy baking and spending time with my family.
I started working at Everything’s Relative in June of 2013. I attended the Aveda Institute of Chicago.
I have a passion for making people look their best and feel amazing. I love doing any type of hair service, but my absolute favorite is dimensional color and short pixie haircuts.
Also, some fun facts about me are: I love doing laundry, I love my dog more than anything in the world and the beach or the pool is my favorite place to be.
I have been working at Everything’s Relative in Beverly since December 2018, but I have been fortunate to have been in the industry for over 30 years.
I specialize in creating classic looks, razor cutting and love working with essential oils and making gemstone jewelry in my spare time.
I was inspired by Horst Rechelbacher, (Aveda’s founder) many years ago and developed a personal passion for a holistic lifestyle.
It is my pleasure to work with Aveda products again and have the opportunity to share the benefits of organic ingredients and aromatherapy.
I joined Everything’s Relative family in 2018, I have been practicing esthetics since 2013.
I graduated from Paul Mitchell school of cosmetology in Tinley Park and also from Columbia College with a bachelors in fine arts.
Outside of work I’m a busy mama of a 3 and a 10 year old.
I enjoy going out for coffee and painting with my kids.
I joined the team in 2010.
I studied at Western Illinois University and the Aveda Institute Chicago.
My specialties include brow shaping, waxing and facials, and skin transformation.
Also I'm a dog lover, shoe addict and wine enthusiast.
I have been an Esthetician at Everything’s Relative since 1999. As the senior esthetician, I consistently provide the type of service that I would like to receive.
My passion for skin care and the concept behind Aveda’s purity and wellness rituals are matched with my desire to create a welcoming relaxing atmosphere for my clients.
Also, I enjoy offering clients the ultimate pampering and relaxation with special attention to individual skin care needs.
I recently joined the Everything’s Relative team in Beverly. I graduated the Esthetics program at the Douglas J. Aveda Institute in 2015. My passion for skincare stems from the love I have for helping others to feel their most beautiful inside and out.
Aveda’s holistic approach to beauty aligns with my core belief that the power of wellness promotes balance in the mind, body and spirit.
I love being a mom to my four year old son , practicing yoga, and playing my ukulele.
Hi my name is Sandy! I have been with the company for over 20 years. I enjoy making people feel great about themselves and working with Aveda color.
Some of my hobbies are painting, reading and watching the Real Housewives on TV. And I especially love being a grandma!
I joined the team 5 years ago.
I studied at Paul Mitchell the school for my license in cosmetology, and since then I have taken numerous classes through Aveda, Vomar, Vidal Sassoon and Strategies.
My specialties in the salon are short women’s haircuts, color and blow outs.
Also I originally got my degree in photography and design before I decided to go back to school to pursue my passion in the cosmetology profession.
I graduated from Paul Mitchell in 2013 and have worked at Everything’s Relative for the last 4 years.
My favorite things to do in salon are blondes, balayage and makeup. I have a makeup addiction, and love doing a makeup on every person!
I’ve worked for Everything’s Relative since 2015. I originally started out at the front desk and worked my way up to assisting the stylists. I can proudly say that I found my passion to become a hair stylist through working at ER. After attending Cameo Beauty Academy and extensive Aveda training, I am now a working stylist since September of 2019!
Things to know about me: I’m an animal lover and a travel enthusiast. In my spare time, I love spending time with family and friends.
I studied cosmetology at Cameo Beauty School where I received my license and continue to take classes at the Aveda Institute.
I joined the team in 2009.
My specialties at the salon are giving relaxing manicures and pedicures. I also educate my clients on how to maintain clean and healthy nails.

I began working for Everything’s Relative in 1994. I started working as a make up artist and found my true love in nail care. I enjoyed giving health benefits to care for heathy feet.
Now retired from nails, I manage the Oak Lawn Salon in guest relations. I am always here to help with any questions on Aveda products or making your next appointment.
Also I have my captain license, own a boat, and my own Harley motorcycle.
I’ve been with Everything’s Relative for a little over 2 years now. I am currently an assistant and I am working towards getting my cosmetology license up to date.
I was a stylist with this company 20 years ago, and stopped to raise my 2 boys. I am looking forward to my future with Everything’s Relative.
Jean Ann Hagglund
I have been Salon Coordinator for Everything's Relative since conception… I have worked with the team for 24+ years.
Also I am a customer service wiz and have a great sense of humor.
I am currently enrolled in the cosmetology program at John Amico School of Hair Design located in Oak Forest, Illinois. I also earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Vandercook College of Music, located in the Bridgeport neighborhood.
I plan to specialize in cutting, coloring, creative updo’s, and braiding, natural ethnic hair, and barbering. Given my love of all things education, I hope to one day become a cosmetology educator.
I enjoy making music - mainly through piano, bass, and voice; as well as teaching private lessons. I also enjoy cooking, gardening, drawing, as well as a variety of physical activities, such as hiking, snowboarding, and yoga.
I rejoined the team a little over a year ago in 2018, I say rejoined because I actually started with Everything's Relative years ago. First, as a part-time receptionist, as the company grew so did I! I graduated from Dudley Moore Beauty School as a nail technician and began doing nails full time at Everything's Relative. I did that for 8 wonderful years until I became a mother! Years later, I am back with the team and heading back up that ladder!

I love boating, taking motorcycle trips, and spending time with my dog, Archie!
Hi all you wonderful people! My name is Isabella, I’m one of the receptionists here at Everything’s Relative!
Working in a business to help those feel confident and beautiful is brilliant; self care is vital to our mental health! Maintaining a healthy relationship with yourself produces positive feelings and boosts your confidence and self-esteem. A win win!
I am currently attending school to pursue a masters degree in Social Work. When I’m not at the desk to help you or sitting in class, you can find me at a punk show around the city, bouncing around record stores, catching up on Conan O’Brien’s podcast, and taking long walks with my dog.
