Stylists and Estheticians
Theresa Zemke
I attended cosmetology school at the Aveda Institute in Chicago and have been working at Everything’s Relative since 2006.
In addition to being a senior stylist, I help to train and educate our new up & coming stylists.
I specialize in color and cuts.
Also when I am not at work, I enjoy baking and spending time with my family.
Nyia Scott
Nyia is our newest team member! She is a stylist in training who is eager to learn! She specialized in special occasion styles and is enthusiastic in all things cosmetology and fashion!
Sandra Bawadi
Hi my name is Sandy! I have been with the company for over 20 years. I enjoy making people feel great about themselves and working with Aveda color.
Some of my hobbies are painting, reading and watching the Real Housewives on TV. And I especially love being a grandma!
Katherine Hartigan
I joined the team in 2010.
I studied at Western Illinois University and the Aveda Institute Chicago.

My specialties include brow shaping, waxing and facials, and skin transformation.

Also I'm a dog lover, shoe addict and wine enthusiast.
Nadera
I have been an Esthetician at Everything’s Relative since 1999. As the senior esthetician, I consistently provide the type of service that I would like to receive.
My passion for skin care and the concept behind Aveda’s purity and wellness rituals are matched with my desire to create a welcoming relaxing atmosphere for my clients.
Also, I enjoy offering clients the ultimate pampering and relaxation with special attention to individual skin care needs.
Kimberly Rook
Hi my name is Kimberly! I have been a licensed hairstylist for 16 years and a licensed cosmetology educator for 8. I have a passion for the beauty industry and I wanted to join the Everything's Relative team to expand my clientele.
I specialize in formal occasions, bridal styling and color, though I also do men's cuts, extensions and a variety of other services. I can't wait to meet all my neew clients!
Katie Magee
I joined the team 8 years ago.

I studied at Paul Mitchell the school for my license in cosmetology, and since then I have taken numerous classes through Aveda, Vomar, Vidal Sassoon and Strategies.
​
My specialties in the salon are short women’s haircuts, color and blow outs.

Also I originally got my degree in photography and design before I decided to go back to school to pursue my passion in the cosmetology profession.
Ashley
I studied cosmetology at Cameo Beauty School where I received my license and continue to take classes at the Aveda Institute.
I joined the team in 2009.
My specialties at the salon are giving relaxing manicures and pedicures. I also educate my clients on how to maintain clean and healthy nails.
A little fun fact:
I'm an avid animal lover and I love to make people laugh.

Hi all you wonderful people! My name is Isabella, I’m one of the receptionists here at Everything’s Relative!
Working in a business to help those feel confident and beautiful is brilliant; self care is vital to our mental health! Maintaining a healthy relationship with yourself produces positive feelings and boosts your confidence and self-esteem. A win win!
I am currently attending school to pursue a masters degree. When I’m not at the desk to help you or sitting in class, you can find me at a punk show around the city, bouncing around record stores, catching up on Conan O’Brien’s podcast, and taking long walks with my dog.

Jane Ramazinski
Hi! I've been in and out of Everything's Relative as either a client or an assistant since I was a teen! I am currently assisting and serving as the Aveda Ambassador and Social Media Manager for ER, so please come to me for all your product questions.
When I'm not at the salon I am spending time with my husband and busy with my four kids!

I'm Maria and I'm a receptionist here at Everything's Relative. I'm here to help you check in, book your appointments and answer any of your questions about our products.

When I'm not behind the desk to help you all, I'm in class for nursing, hanging out with my family and friends, going on road trips and being loved on by my big baby of a pit bull Ellie.
Jose
Jose recently joined the team as an assistant. He is here to give you a relaxing shampoo, head and hand massage and make sure you're comfortable and happy!
Leila Mocarski
Hi, I’m Leila Mocarski and I’m part of the front desk team here at Everything's Relative. I’m proud to work with such an awesome staff!
I live in Beverly and just joined the empty nesters family, one living on his own in the Big Apple and my baby I saw studying at U of I in Champaign. Hubby and I are ready to reinvent our marriage, yikes!
Linda Rutherford
I began working for Everything’s Relative in 1994. I started working as a make up artist and found my true love in nail care. I enjoyed giving health benefits to care for heathy feet.
Now retired from nails, I manage the Oak Lawn Salon in guest relations. I am always here to help with any questions on Aveda products or making your next appointment.
Also I have my captain license, own a boat, and my own Harley motorcycle.
Ashley
Hello! My name is Ashley and I've been here at Everything's Relative since 2018! I am an assistant and also can help you book your appointment or answer any questions up at the front desk!

A little something about me is that I am currently a student pursuing a degree in nursing. I enjoy traveling, shopping, and hanging with friends and family!
Renee O'Connor
I rejoined the team in 2018. I say rejoined because I actually started with Everything's Relative years ago. First, as a part-time receptionist, as the company grew so did I! I graduated from Dudley Moore Beauty School as a nail technician and began doing nails full time at Everything's Relative. I did that for 8 wonderful years until I became a mother! Years later, I am back with the team and heading back up that ladder!
