Nadera
I have been an Esthetician at Everything’s Relative since 1999. As the senior esthetician, I consistently provide the type of service that I would like to receive.
My passion for skin care and the concept behind Aveda’s purity and wellness rituals are matched with my desire to create a welcoming relaxing atmosphere for my clients.
Also, I enjoy offering clients the ultimate pampering and relaxation with special attention to individual skin care needs.
Cynthia Hernandez
I started my journey as a hair stylist and makeup artist in 2018, after graduating from Cameo Beauty Academy. I joined the great team at Everything’s Relative in July 2024.

I have trained with brands from Redken to Schwarzkopf but am most impressed with the amazing continuing education I get working with Aveda.
My specialties are makeup and color, but I love cutting and styling, too.
Fun fact: I was a dog groomer before I was a stylist!
Ashley
I studied cosmetology at Cameo Beauty School where I received my license and continue to take classes at the Aveda Institute.
I joined the team in 2009.
My specialties at the salon are giving relaxing manicures and pedicures. I also educate my clients on how to maintain clean and healthy nails.
A little fun fact:
I'm an avid animal lover and I love to make people laugh.
Trudy Tuttle
I am a 24-year-old cosmetologist from Ireland (born & raised) now living in Oak Lawn.

My passion for hair & beauty stems from a genuine calling to help people feel & look their best.

My other interests include training people at the gym, as I’m a part time personal trainer, hanging out with friends, nature walks, & quality time with the people I love.
Sandra Bawadi
Hi my name is Sandy! I have been with the company for over 20 years. I enjoy making people feel great about themselves and working with Aveda color.
Some of my hobbies are painting, reading and watching the Real Housewives on TV. And I especially love being a grandma!

Jane Ramazinski
Hi! I've been in and out of Everything's Relative as either a client or an assistant since I was a teen! I am currently assisting and serving as the Aveda Ambassador and Social Media Manager for ER, so please come to me for all your product questions.
When I'm not at the salon I am spending time with my husband and busy with my four kids!
Linda Rutherford
I began working for Everything’s Relative in 1994 as a makeup artist, then a nail technician. I now enjoy managing the front desk in guest relations. When you walk into the salon, I’m here to assist with appointments and answer your questions about Aveda, Oway, & Jane Iredale products.
At home, I cook gourmet meals, tackle DIY home projects, and enjoy outdoor sports with my husband. We love boating, our motorcycles and riding ATVs.

Hi, I’m Leila Mocarski and I’m part of the front desk team here at Everything's Relative. I’m proud to work with such an awesome staff!
I live in Beverly and just joined the empty nesters family, one living on his own in the Big Apple and my baby I saw studying at U of I in Champaign. Hubby and I are ready to reinvent our marriage, yikes!
Ginny Cozzie
I am a proud Beverly native & am raising my family here. I first walked through the doors of Everything’s Relative as a client—& quickly fell in love with the welcoming atmosphere. Now, as part of the front desk team, I’m passionate about helping every guest feel at home from the moment they arrive.
Renee O'Connor
I rejoined the team in 2018. I say rejoined because I actually started with Everything's Relative years ago. First, as a part-time receptionist, as the company grew so did I! I graduated from Dudley Moore Beauty School as a nail technician and began doing nails full time at Everything's Relative. I did that for 8 wonderful years until I became a mother! Years later, I am back with the team and heading back up that ladder!
