Our Mission
At Everything's Relative Salon, our mission is to continue to provide excellent guest care through the use of team work, education, and product sustainability. We strive to provide a beautiful, clean and relaxing atmosphere for our guests and team.

As an Aveda concept salon, we follow in the green footsteps of Aveda. All of our products are: cruelty free, made from renewable energy sources, made with naturally derived ingredients, made from recycled materials and all scents are made from plants in Aveda's aroma lab.
​
We love our immediate community of Beverly/Morgan Park and our larger community: the planet. We are always growing and extending our reach to aid in: Breast Cancer awareness, Great Lake protection, Green Salon practices and local community engagement (like the Beverly Art Walk).

From the beginning, the Everything’s Relative team put as much energy into rooting ourselves into the community as we did into retaining the caliber of our work.
We celebrated Earth Day with a parade for the neighborhood children, we were the first and only salon to reach out to parish schools and offer free hair and makeup for fundraising fashion shows, and we built an herb garden which was used to voice the importance of recycling on the community and the world.
But that was only the start...
